Voice Over and Jingle Services Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in any business transaction with [The Vision Shop LLC], hereinafter referred to as “The Commercial Plug,” you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. These terms govern the provision of voice-over and jingle services.

2. Services Offered

The Commercial Plug provides voice-over and jingle services to its customers. Voice-over services include but are not limited to narrations, commercials, and other spoken word recordings. Jingle services involve the creation of musical compositions for commercial or promotional purposes.

3. Delivery Timeframes

a. Voice Overs: The delivery time for voice-over recordings is three (3) business days from the date of payment and receipt of all necessary information, scripts, and specifications.

b. Jingles: The delivery time for jingle compositions is five (5) to seven (7) business days from the date of payment and receipt of all necessary information, including creative briefs and specific requirements.

4. Revisions

a. Each voice-over project includes two (2) complimentary revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.

b. Each jingle project includes two (2) complimentary revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.

5. Payment Terms

a. Payment is due in full before the commencement of any voice-over or jingle project.

b. The Commercial Plug accepts payments through [PayPal & Credit/Debit Cards], and details will be provided upon request.

6. Refunds

a. Due to the nature of the services provided, The Commercial Plug does not offer refunds for any voice-over or jingle projects. 

7. Cancellation Policy

a. Once a project has commenced, cancellation is not permitted. Any cancellation requests prior to project commencement will be considered, and the Company reserves the right to determine if a refund is applicable.

8. Client Responsibilities

a. The client is responsible for providing clear and detailed instructions, scripts, and any other necessary information for the successful completion of the project.

b. Failure to provide required information in a timely manner may result in delays, and The Commercial Plug will not be held responsible for such delays.

9. Confidentiality

a. The Commercial Plug agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's express consent.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [The State of Georgia].

By engaging in services with The Commercial Plug, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
